Got rid of the creation of an empty log directory.  Added an 
input translation flow file capability.  TWtranslate changes:
Added block_align, feedthru, number_rows and added -determine_rows_only
argument to write_blk command.  Now translate the ports correctly
from Cadence.  Before an equivalent port was being dropped.
TimberWolfGR: Fixed problem with aligning macro blocks.  Got rid of
warning of width mismatch when internal scaling method is enabled.  Now
properly get the feed position of macro cells during freeway assignment.
Added a feedthru drawing option and now properly draw the blockages.
Now properly measure all core cells.  Feedthru measurements were in
error resulting in the message "No feed matches row height...".
Fixed problem with outputting pseudo pins at the wrong place for
top and bottom I/O pads.  We now recalculate the core size when
exact pads are given because a user data error will cause major
problems in the result.  Added a preliminary version of the power
matrix algorithm.  Does not work with classical designs.
TimberWolfSC: Added the introduction of a graphics wait loop when 
the input data is in error.  Fixed a problem with hierarchical 
placement and exact pad placement.  The program would exit even
if data was reasonable.  Genrows: Genrows has been updated to handle
BLOCK_ALIGN constraints.  Fixed problem with CORE constraint resulting
in wrong scale.  Twolfd: (license server) Fixed a nasty problem which
cause the license server to hang during initialization.  If you
are having problems starting the server, you will need this version.
